Media FAIL: NYT Whitewashing of ACORN Scandals

Don’t miss Michelle’s current article about the New York Times’ whitewashing of the ACORN scandals. [To get caught up on the full story, be sure to check out HotAir’s video archive of the damning video footage from the San Bernardino investigation -ed]

As Michelle notes, the NYT immediately gives up any license to unbiased journalistic integrity it may have left with the title: “Conservatives Draw Blood From ACORN, Favorite Foe.” Right. ACORN is purely a victim of a vicious Conservative attack. No commentary on the actual content of the investigation. Read through the entire article on Michelle’s site, and be sure to catch the discussion about ACORN whistleblower Anita Moncrief.

  1. Why not do a story on the sex trade in the United States and how it’s being institutionalized by ACORN!!! And how the CHILDREN we import into the sex trade are getting health insurance under Obama’s health plan. Not that they don’t deserve it – but maybe, just maybe we should reconsider whether importing children as sex objects is something we want to be involved in – THAT’S THE STORY!!! God Help This Country.

    • Jill,

This is an effort that I already plan to undertake. I have a severe moral objection to the sexual exploitation of all of American culture, and our familiarity with perversion and prostitution is a root cause. I’d like to do a major article about the sex trade in this country (specifically, the slave trade of sex workers), but I’m not sure if I’ll have the time for it. For the time being, blogging is just a hobby. If I can get a good investigative piece together, I will. Thanks for the comment.

      Cheers,
      Tom
